This Sunday, September 20th, 5p.m. CEST/ 11 a.m. EST the Polytopia World Championship 2026 enters its next stage as 12 players meet in the World Championship Face-Offs. After months of qualifiers and over fifteen thousand players competing, each of Polytopia’s 12 regular tribes now has its representative. But qualifying with your tribe was only the first step.
In the Face-Offs, the 12 players will battle for just eight spots in the World Championship Finals in Stockholm.
The Face-Offs bring together very different tribes and very different styles of play. Some players have chosen tribes that match the way they naturally approach Polytopia, while others have spent months adapting their strategies and preparing for this stage.
For the players, the stakes are simple: four will be eliminated and eight will earn a ticket to Stockholm. See the full Face Off Schedule here
Those eight will meet live in Stockholm for the World Championship Finals on October 10, competing for the USD 10,000 prize pool.
