Free registrations are now open for the Qualifications for the Polytopia World Championship 2025.
The concept is The Battle of the Tribes. During the qualifications we will crown the best player for each tribe. A series of mirror matches will determine who is most fit to represent their tribe in the upcoming face off! In the face off we pit the 12 tribes against each other and the top 6 will advance to the Grand Final in Stockholm!

Tournament Details
Concept: The Battle of the Tribes
When: Next Round: September27th at 2 p.m. CET
Platform: Cross-platform action on Challengermode (Mobile and Desktop)
Game Version Requirement: 114 or later will be used in all tournaments.
Game Mode: Might, Single elimination, best-of-3 in every round.
Eligibility: Open to players 18+ with a Challenge mode account. Must have time to come to Stockholm early December 2025.

Summary of details:
- Only the regular tribes will participate in the World Championship 2025.
- Players can compete in the Qualification Stage on Desktop or Mobile.
- Qualification Stage: mid-September to mid-November 2025.
- Each qualification will determine a winner for each tribe.
- Tournaments will be held every weekend at 12:00 and 18:00 (both days).
- Format: single elimination, best-of-3 in every round.
- Game mode: Might (capture the opponent’s capital city to win).
- 12 winners (one per tribe) will advance to the Face Off Round.
- Any players who win a Qualifier Finals will no longer be allowed to participate in the remaining qualifier tournaments.
- The Face Off Round takes place in the second half of November, reducing 12 winners to 6 finalists.
- The 6 finalists will be invited to Stockholm for the live Finals, with travel and housing provided.
- The Finals will be on December 6th, 2025.
- The Finals will feature a studio audience and be broadcast online worldwide with expert commentary.
- The Finals will be played on Desktop computers.
- Game version 114 or later will be used in all tournaments.
- No registration fee required.
- First Place Player receives a $4000 prize and bragging rights.
- Second Player receives a $2000
- 3-4 Players receives $1500
- 5-6 Players receives $500
